The form opposite enables one to make provisional reservation of a room in the Łebsko Resort Complex. After sending it, we shall contact you in order to confirm the reservation.

In sending the form, you consent the processing of your personal details by the Łebsko Resort Complex for the purpose of making a reservation according to article 23 item 1 of the Personal Data Protection Act of the 29th of August 1997 Journal of Laws No 133 entry 883.
